Services Offered by AppointmentĪll Services are by appointment only. We try to process everything within 24 hours of receiving the mail. For items placed in the drop box, please put all documents in an envelope marked Recorder’s Office and include your contact information. We encourage the public to continue using these remote service options. You may call our office or use the button below to schedule an appointment however, many County services can be conducted online or remotely through email, mail, our drop boxes, or over the phone. COVID-19 symptom screening will also be in place. Anyone entering County buildings will be required to wear a face covering and social distance. Linn County will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation and adjust County operations and safety measures as needed. That is why Linn County offices reopened July 20 on an appointment-only basis as part of a phased approach to reopening. Linn County’s top priority is the health and safety of employees and the public.
